Picture Book Review: Pop a Little Pancake

Pop a Little Pancake by Annie Kubler

Pop a Little Pancake (Baby Rhyme Time)

4 out of 5 stars

Two toddlers make pancakes from their playdough, singing a song as they toss the pancake in the air, sprinkle sugar on top, and even squeeze lemon juice onto the pancake.

I love that this board book has the sheet music for the song on the back cover, so that if you read music, you can play and sing along.

I really like the bright colors and simple design of this book. It’s perfect for catching the attention of little readers!

This book is great for getting babies and toddlers to move with the song and match their movements to the words. And it’s a wonderful way to get children’s imagination sparking as they pretend and play making pancakes. There is so much learning going on in this book!
