The Anxiety Relief Coloring Book for Adults: Mindful Coloring to Decrease Stress and Anxiety

5 out of 5 stars

This coloring book includes inspirational sayings and affirmations to encourage you while you color! My favorite one was “I Feed My Mind with Good Things” with a design of books to color.

There are a ton of different designs of everything from flowers and singing cacti to random swirls and lines. There are jam jars, sailing boats, and people sleeping under mountains of blankets. I love that it’s a random collection of things from page to page, so you are sure to find something that inspires you to color and relax!

I also like that there are some pages with more intricate designs, and other pages with very simple lines for days when you don’t have a lot of time. This book definitely got me in the mood for coloring and taking some time to relax and be creative! This would make a wonderful gift too!

There is also a Youtube channel with calming music that you can listen to while you color, but I wish there was a QR code or a link in the book so you could find the channel more easily.
