Simon has promised to be a good dog while his owner is away, but he is tempted by the delicious cake, the enticing cat chase, and digging in the dirt. He repents of his evil deeds, and learns some self-control. He is rewarded with a trip to the park, where he does NOT get into trouble. Or does he?

I love the fuzzy art style of the illustrations and the bright colors. It’s really attractive and captures your attention. The illustrations add so much humor to the story!

The story is funny and silly. Poor Simon is trying to be good, but he just can’t help himself. He is led astray by his desires, and gets into trouble. I love the positive messages that we should practice self control and not do everything we want to do.

La historia es divertida y hilarante. El pobre Simon está tratando de ser bueno, pero no puede evitarlo. Sus deseos lo desvían y se mete en problemas. Aprecio los mensajes positivos de que debemos practicar el autocontrol y no hacer todo lo que queremos hacer.
