Puzzle Book Review: Ocean Life!

Ocean Life! by Jill Richardson
Ocean Life!: A Coloring and Activity Book for Kids

4 out of 5 stars

This book has word searches, coloring pages, mazes, spot-the-difference puzzles, and dot-to-dot activities all with an ocean theme. Dozens of different ocean creatures are featured with some interesting facts about each kind of wildlife, including many endangered species.

Did you know that a stingray doesn’t have bones? Or that squid swim backwards? And the sunfish is the heaviest fish in the ocean? There are so many cool facts in this book!
I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book has colorful artwork. I thought it would be all black and white on each page, but there are many beautiful colored illustrations and puzzles. The only black and white pages are the coloring pages, and even those have a colored-in box with factoids about the sea animals. I love how this book is designed and how the information is organized in a fun way!
